350VA Update !!!
350VA is celebrating it’s first 6 months of business!
I am extremely happy how 350VA has made its mark in the Virtual Consultancy World. I was able to make extensive network connections on IG, FB and Linkedln. 350VA makes a weekly effort of posting Aviation industry updates, together with regular tips for clients on Virtual Assitance along with daily motivational posts and stories. I am very satisfied with my first tetstimonials from clients which you can find on my website and IG. My website is getting a weekly increase of online visits together with my monthly news letter posts.
So what is 350VA’s target for the next 6 months?
Keep growing my client base and set up a mailing list for my loyal clients with regular useful tips and industry updates. Do further networking in the Aviation industry. As you can see I am still busy with my full time job as an airline pilot which I like to combine with my passion for training and online consultancy.

3 Tips for Lead Generation!
Use the search feature on Instagram. Use hashtags of your ideal client. If your client is an Aviation Consultant, search #aviationconsultant, #aviationconsultancy #airlineconsultant. Then go through the results and look at the profiles. Look for how active they are, how many followers they have and what it is exactly they do. If it looks like a client you want to work with, then follow their Instagram.
Once you find some new potential leads using hashtags, start to follow their Instagram. You'll want to like 2-3 of their most recent posts. Comment on a post, if you can. Then, if possible comment on their Instagram stories too. This way your name shows up in their inbox too! Keep your name in front of them!
Networking is the next step I use for lead generation. I comment on any post I can in my business groups. If it is business related, comment and add value. If it is personal, still comment to get your name out there in the groups.
